BROOKLYN BOWL IS A NEW FORMAT OF ENTERTAINMENT

It’s been 7 years since we opened our doors, and we continue to change the bowling industry in Russia every day. And it’s incredible to realize how much the industry has changed over the years. We have over 300 people working in our large team, and we’ve made a lot of great achievements.

Every month we host > 45,000 guests, 2500 birthdays and corporate events in our network.

Our annual international bowling tournament Brooklyn Open has become the best and largest event in Russia and CIS countries. This made it possible to create the Continental Bowling League and broadcast our tournaments on MATCH-TV.

And right now we are building a federal network of the Brooklyn Bowl. Already in 2022 we went beyond Tyumen, opening three new establishments. Today we have six bowling restaurants, but this is just the beginning :)

Thank you for your trust. We are working hard to improve all our processes on a daily basis and we are still working 12−14 hours a day. So that we always have delicious, atmospheric and Brooklyn-style food.

In Brooklyn for love because it’s not just a job, it’s part of my life.

I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 17 years. I used to be a waiter myself and I think it’s one of the coolest jobs in the restaurant industry.

I love friendly service, when the team feels more relaxed and free to work with the guest. I appreciate impeccability. I love stocking and full seating. For me the restaurant is a single clockwork mechanism and the whole team is responsible for the mood of the guest.

I read absolutely all the reviews. I always get high when positive and even such heartwarming reviews come, negative ones also come, but it’s always a point of growth and it’s cool that we can only get better.

At first I didn’t understand how I got here, and then I didn’t understand what was going on. I work at a bowling alley?!
But after the first tasting of the new menu, everything fell into place.

There’s good food here, because it’s a bowling restaurant, ugh. So now we’re constantly updating the menu and making sure guests have a good time #inBrooklyn. Also, making sure they come back more often.

I once joined the team hoping to see the bar trade from a new angle. I wanted to gain experience, and Brooklyn gave me that opportunity to the fullest.

I started out as a simple bartender, then decided to try my hand as a corporate sales manager, but realized that I was still missing something without the bar.

As a result, I moved to the position of senior bartender, and later became a chief bartender.
